Description
A sizable sewer construction project was undertaken in Shelby, Ohio with the assistance of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $36,200 loan and $14,794 grant toward the project, whose total cost was $43,532. Work occurred between January and October 1934.
