Description
Multiple sanitary sewer construction projects in Yonkers, New York were undertaken with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. For one such project the PWA supplied a $550,000 loan and $153,520 grant; the total cost of the project was $727,694. (Figures not accounting for inflation.) Work occurred between March 1935 and November 1936.
