Description
A sanitary sewer construction project in Wink, Texas was undertaken in 1938 with Public Works Administration (P.W.A.) funds. The P.W.A. provided a $28,000 loan and $22,581 grant for the project, whose total cost was $50,180.

A project in which the PWA allocated $31,000 in loans and $25,363 in grant money toward the construction of “a waterworks system adequate for the growing needs of this growing oil city [Wink, TX] was never ultimately undertaken.
