Description
A sanitary sewer construction project in Steele, North Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $9,975 grant for the project, whose total cost was $22,676. Work occurred between October and December 1936.
