Description
A sizable sewer construction project was undertaken in Massillon, Ohio with the assistance of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA supplied a $116,000 loan and $44,513 grant toward the $159,532 total cost of the project. Work occurred between April 1934 and January 1935.
