A sanitary sewer construction project in Hot Springs, South Dakota was undertaken during the Great Depression with the aid of federal Public Works Administration (PWA) funds. The PWA provided a $30,267 loan and $12,825 grant for the project, whose total cost was $46,637. Work occurred between July and October 1934.
