The San Pascual Wash is the west branch of the Alhambra Wash. The 851 Huntington Dr, San Marino, CA 91108 address seems to be for the east branch, that turns into Alabama Wash. They seem to be on opposite ends of Wilson Ave.
Hi TJ.
For something like a water channel, there’s no address possible beyond a general location along it.
