Description
Among a set of 26 WPA projects approved for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in Sept. 1935 was “increasing [the] width of roadway in Snowden township.” (Snowden is an unincorporated community within South Park Township.) The Federal government allocated $3,688 for the project and local sponsors contributed $1,865.
