Description

Works Progress Administration (W.P.A.) conducted the following work in Palmer, Mass. WPA Bulletin:

This Palmer WPA Roadside Beautification Project includes the terracing of banks, building of retaining walls, laying of sod and the planting of trees and shrubs to prevent soil erosion.
