Road Improvements – Emblem WY

Description

“In Big Horn County, the road that connected the main highway between Greybull and Cody to the cemetery at Emblem was finally improved” by the Civil Works Administration, “and with much gratitude: “It has been almost impassable in time of wet weather and is now in fine shape and is much appreciated by those who travel over it.””
