Description
The Works Progress Administration (WPA) constructed Harrisburg’s Reservoir Park Bandshell, also known as the Ralph Feldser Memorial Band Shell, ca. 1939-40. “The erection of a bandshell was part of a $290,000 grant for area park improvements.”

I think a refurbished of the Bandshell is a great idea you need to bring something back to the park bring people into the park Allison Hill is a bad place to live but the park was always a great place to be I know because I was there in the 70s. The park was the only place where Uptown, Edgemont, Steelton, Allison Hill, Pembrook and Susquehanna Township all got together and didn’t have any problems maybe it can come back
