Description
This horseshoe-shaped stadium was built by the New Deal Public Works Administration in 1937 for the Ashland Public Schools at a cost of $6,500.00. The stadium was dedicated on Thanksgiving Day that same year.
The building remains in good condition and continues to serve the Ashland Public Schools and the community of Paul Blazer High School. In 1996, the district added a new entrance gate to augment the original structure.
