    We visited this site on August 15, 2022. This mural is in a federal building that has been converted to lofts at 317 First Street, and has a security system at the vestibule. We were able to see a corner of the mural from the vestibule. The website for this building, called Federal Lofts, says they are open from 10-5, but we did not find that to be the case.
