Rockwell Carey was my uncle. Is his painting “Early Mail Carriers of the West” still at the Newberg Post Office?

We have no reason to think it isn’t still there. — DW
Yes it is!
Now the painting needs attention TLC and put back up it is down currently
The painting and frame was damaged when it fell due to a windstorm. We asked the postal clerk about it and they were very happy to bring it out of a back room to show it to us (it was behind the counter so we didn’t see it up close). Since it’s officially the property of the treasury department, they don’t know if it will be repaired and rehung.
