My family lived in Maumee, Ohio, for several decades (1960s-2000s). The New Deal artwork in the town’s former post office was a city treasure and a focal point for anyone entering the lobby. It is reassuring to know that it has been preserved and is part of the new facility. (I always assumed that the building itself was a New Deal project.)
