Built in 1937 with federal funding.
The historic downtown post office in Englewood was completed in 1938 with funds provided by the Treasury Department. It is also the site of Boardman Robinson’s 1940 mural, “Colorado Stock Sale,” painted with funds provided by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts and viewable in the lobby.

I do research as a hobby and came across your website while looking for INFO on the abandoned Old Bureauguard County Jail in De Ridder, Louisiana. It intrigued me when passing it while visiting relatives!
I am amazed at the history and architecture of the Englewood Post Office in Englewood, CO.
