Description
The rock veneer school building was constructed using rock from the nearby Tishomingo County NYA quarry, and lumber from the NYA sawmill at Longview. A gymnasium (no longer extant) and a teacher’s house were also constructed in Longview.
The school is currently in use as a private home. The second entry of double doors was altered at some point to install double windows in its place. An addition has been added to the rear of the building.
