Description
The former high school in Northborough, Massachusetts, received a large addition as part of a New Deal Public Works Administration (PWA) project. Construction occurred in 1935. “Without the Public Works Administration’s contribution of 45% of the cost, Northborough had little chance of replacing the high-school building destroyed by the 1938 fire.” (Northborough website)
The former school now houses Northborough Town Hall.
