Description
The Civil Works Administration (CWA) conducted improvement and repair work at the Niobrara County Courthouse in Lusk, Wyoming.
Cassity: “In Lusk, the courthouse and library were both about a decade old, but had, during the hard times of the 1920s, fallen into disrepair, and the CWA brought to both much-needed renewal.”
