“The material in question was for use on the storm sewers, curbs, and gutters now under construction in the vicinity of Oak street and Medford avenue, Patchogue.”

The WPA also undertook a “sidewalk, curb and gutter project” in parts of Patchogue as part of a $174,315 project begun in July 1937.
