Description
Montana’s Big Timber Pioneer reported in 1934 that the PWA had just allotted $215,200 in loans and grants toward construction at the Montana State Hospital in “Galen” — more accurately, Warm Springs — in Anaconda County.
It is unclear exactly which parts of today’s hospital were built by the PWA.
