Description
The Public Works Administration (PWA) carried out major repairs and remodeling of the Marine Barracks on St. Thomas. The cost of the PWA work was $1,969.35. The facilities, constructed in the vicinity of the Bourne Field, have been converted in classroom facilities for the University of the Virgin Islands.
