Lake Anza: Tilden Park – Kensington CA

Description

‘In 1938, the PWA financed the construction of Lake Anza for recreational activities like swimming and boating. The dam-formed lake was to be the centerpiece of the recreation area created by these relief agencies.’

The WPA also worked on the site, constructing buildings like the Bath House featured below.
