Description

While the Kings County Hospital was founded in the 1830s, WPA photos in the National Archives and Records Administration, as well as other sources, show that the PWA built several structures for the Kings County Hospital, including a loading dock, a nurses’ home, and other buildings.

The current status of the specific PWA buildings is unknown to the Living New Deal.
