Description
Construction of the Childress High School Gymnasium building was enabled by Public Works Administration (PWA) funds in 1939.
The building is a two-story rectangular plan, front-gabled Italian Renaissance style building with two flat-roofed wings. Additional architectural details can be found at the NRHP reference below.
