Description

The Works Progress Administration (WPA) worked to develop a fish hatchery near Newcastle, Wyoming.

Casper Star-Tribune, 1939: “[Hatchery p]rojects at Sheridan, Lander, Newcastle and Buffalo had the aid of the WPA and sportsmen’s clubs.”

The location and status of this project is unknown to Living New Deal.
