Happy Hollow Playground – Washington DC

Description

The Civil Works Administration and the Federal Emergency Relief Administration (FERA) funded improvements at the Happy Hollow Playground in Washington DC. A wading pool was installed.

In 1934-1935, FERA, “[r]esurfaced one tennis court; painted house.”
