Description
According to the National Archives, the PWA helped build this elementary school in 1937. By inference, it appears to have been Roosevelt Elementary, which was demolished in 1996.

I attended first grade at Roosevelt. Must have been where I got my interest in the New Deal!
I attended this school in the 5th grade, (1972) if I have found the correct school. We lived kitty corner from it. Our address was 1220 1/2 12th ave S. Moved here 5 years ago and been trying to find where it was located. Great memories!!
1215 12th ave south nampa idaho 83651 where the old roosevelt school was located.
1st grade 1959. Then later… 5th and 6th grade. Wonderful building…too bad it’s gone.

I attended Roosevelt Elementary from 1978-1983, I loved that old building. I had great memories and made lots of friends.
