Former Indiana State Police Post – Seymour IN

Description

The first State Police Post outside Indianapolis, it was used by the State Police until 2010. The Indiana Finance Authority sought to demolish the building in 2012, but it has been preserved, so far, Presently (May 2021) being used as a Covid-19 testing venue by the local hospital.

  1. It may have been my original mistake, and I apologize if that’s so.

    The state police post building is still standing, simply no longer is service as a police post. When we were there in August, the local hospital was using the building as a COVID testing site.
