Description
In Lingle, Wyoming, a Civil Works Administration (CWA) “project repaired and rebuilt the municipal electrical distribution system. The final report for that project noted, “This project is a great improvement to the town of Lingle, as the light system has long been in need of repair, and could not have been [completed] without CWA funds”” (Cassity).
