Description
A project: “grade separation (clover leaf) on Lebanon Church Road,” entailing the construction of a bridge carrying Clairton Blvd., was undertaken in Pittsburgh as part of a New Deal project sponsored by the Public Works Administration (PWA).
The structure bears a PWA plaque.
