Description
Nashua municipal reports for 1934 document that a project to paint the old city hall was either a CWA or FERA project.
In 1936, the town decided that the old building was no longer adequate and applied to the PWA for assistance. The federal grants came through, and work on the new city hall and police station commenced in 1937.
