Description
The stadium was originally constructed by the WPA as part of the Campbell Union High School. The high school ceased operations in the 1970s, but the campus remains largely intact. The stadium and other facilities are now part of the Campbell Community Center, run by the City of Campbell. The stadium and its track are still heavily used.
Two WPA plaques remain at the site, one on the north wall and the other on the south wall of the bleachers (pictured below).
