Harvey Smith led a tour of New Deal artworks in the city of San Francisco back in October 2012, and this photo of the group trudging up Telegraph Hill just came to light. The route was Rincon Annex Post Office to the former site of the Montgomery Block (where many of the artists lived) to Coit Tower.
