PWA photos at the National Archives actually deem this project the Parco school, Parco being the old name for Sinclair.     A former junior high school building in Lander, Wyoming was constructed as a federal Public Works Administration (P.W.A.) project during the Great Depression. The PWA supplied a $52,291 grant for the project, whose total cost was $119,527. Construction occurred between June 1936 and Feb. 1938.
