- Board of Water and Light Dye Conditioning Plant: Cassara Mural - Lansing MIThe Board of Water and Light Dye Conditioning Plant in Lansing, Michigan contains multiple examples of New Deal artwork, including: "Water As Destructive Element" and " Beneficial Force of Water," two murals created in 1940 by Frank Cassara. "The upper lobby features three large panels, of which the outer two are by Frank Cassara. Water as Destructive Element (on the right) depicts flooding and Beneficial Force of Water (on the left) shows water's advantages for health, cleanliness and recreation."
- Huckabay High School - Huckabay TXThe Works Progress Administration (WPA) built the main part of the Huckabay High School. The two story, stone masonry construction building was built between 1938-1940. A plaque set on the front facade notes the construction dates and the involvement of the WPA.
- Clairette School (former) Improvements - Dublin TXBuilt in 1912, the two-story, native stone Clairette School building survives as a community center and polling place. In 1939, Works Progress Administration (WPA) built a separate gymnasium building and a star shaped fountain in front of the 1912 building. The rock work on the flagpole, the water tank, and the retaining wall appear to be the same vintage as the fountain, but there is no reference to them being WPA projects.
- State Police Post (former) - Flat Rock MIConstructed in 1940 by the Works Progress Administration (WPA), what was originally the Michigan State Police District 2 post in Flat Rock is now privately owned.
- Post Office Mural - Lancaster WIThe historic post office in Lancaster, Wisconsin houses an example of New Deal artwork: an oil-on-canvas mural by Tom Rose entitled "Farm Yard." Commissioned by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts, the work was completed in 1940.
- Post Office - Fowler INThe historic post office in Fowler, Indiana was constructed in 1939-40 with Treasury Department funds. The building, which houses an example of New Deal artwork, is still in service.
- Post Office Sculpture - Fowler INNat Warner completed the cast stone sculpture, "Rest During Prairie Plowing," in 1940. The work was commissioned by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts. It is created for, and is still viewable in, the lobby of the Fowler post office.
- Post Office Mural - Bridgeport OHThe lobby of the historic Bridgeport, Ohio post office houses an example of New Deal artwork: the oil-on-canvas painting ,"Ohio Harvest," was created by Richard Kenah in 1940. It was a winner of the Treasury Department's 48-State Post Office Competition.
- Post Office Mural - New Concord OHThe historic post office building in New Concord, Ohio houses an example of New Deal artwork: "Skaters," an oil-on-canvas painting sponsored by the Treasury Section of Fine Arts. The work was painted in 1940 by Clyde Singer.
- Bridge Street Grade Separation - Minnesota City MNThe grade separation bridge on Bridge Street, on the south side of Minnesota City, was constructed as a Federal Aid Project in 1940.
