Description
The Somerset-Berkley Regional High School building [a.k.a. Somerset High School] was constructed as a New Deal project. The federal Public Works Administration (P.W.A.) supplied an $81,900 grant for the project, whose total cost was $190,088. Construction occurred between Mar. 1936 and Feb. 1937. The facility was added to further, and the New Deal structure was demolished in 2014.
